Emergency

Emergency Glass and Board-Up in the Greater Toronto Area

We secure a broken window or door, 24 hours a day, anywhere in the GTA. Board first, glass after.

What happens when you call

What happens when you call.

We attend and board the opening

A crew comes to you and secures the broken window or door so the building is closed up again.

We replace the glass afterwards

Once the opening is secure, we schedule and install the glass.

No measuring, no quote, before we come. That part happens later, once the opening is safe.

Honest on timing.

A person answers and dispatches at any hour. Arrival time depends on distance, traffic and weather, and it is not guaranteed.

Who calls us

Who calls us.

  • A break-in overnight. Someone broke a door or window to get in, and the house is now open.
  • A smashed storefront. A shop or office arrives to broken glass at the front and can't trade until it's closed up.
  • An accident. Glass broken by accident, including a vehicle that went into a storefront.
  • A property manager, after hours. A unit's glass is broken and it has to be secured tonight, not in the morning.

What's covered.

Break-ins, vandalism, accidental damage including a vehicle into a storefront, and storm damage. If glass is broken and the opening needs to be closed up, this is the service.

For businesses: an invoice your insurer accepts.

If the damage is going through an insurance claim, ask when you call. We provide an invoice your insurer can use.

Where we cover.

All of the GTA. {{TBD: specific municipality list to publish on this page}}

About this service.

This is a new service from York Home Products Inc., launching now. It is not a long-running operation with years of call history behind it, but the number is York's existing line, answered by a person at any hour, no answering service.
